Jaya Joshi brings a unique perspective and diverse skill set to real estate. Originally from India, Jaya moved to Milpitas in 1997, where she worked as a preschool teacher for eight years. Before real estate, Jaya worked as a social worker, teacher and at non-profit organizations, utilizing her Masters degree in Extension Education.

However, Jaya’s desire to help people eventually drew her to real estate in the Bay Area. In 2010, she got her license and became a full time real estate agent, focusing mostly on first-time and second-time home buyers and sellers.

Since then, Jaya has been a top producer in each office she has worked. In 2017, Jaya was the number 1 agent by sales volume in her company in nation for last two years. The following year, Jaya was awarded the number 1 agent spot in the nation by sales volume after closing 50 transactions in 2018. Her incredible sales record earned her a place in her brokerage’s Hall of Fame for 2017-2018.

Her extensive background in education and social work taught Jaya how to communicate with people from all backgrounds and patience –skills that she uses to help her clients navigate through the entire transaction process, be it buying or selling.

Nothing fills Jaya with more joy than seeing the smile on her clients’ faces when they find their dream home. This passion she has for real estate and helping her clients continues into her off time, which she fills with as an active member for Art of Living, an organization that teaches the importance of living a stress-free life and helps under-privileged kids get an education. Jaya also enjoys hiking and walking as a way to maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle.
