"Warm, knowledgable, honest, and friendly are a few words that come to mind when I think about Jaya. My husband and I met Jaya mid July this year, in the middle of the pandemic, and she had shown us houses after houses tirelessly for about 5 months before we found our dream home. (and we had no clue what we wanted 5 months ago!) We were all over the place, we looked at Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, and Danville. Through all the weekends we spent together looking at houses, Jaya learned about what we liked/disliked, and helped guide us along the way. In our house hunting journey, we had submitted 3 offers total. Jaya was very knowledgable in the local market and pulled reports and offered her honest opinion on how much we should bid. (again, this was our first home buying experience and we needed lots of help!) Finally, after going into contract, Jaya walked us through the fast following activities and checked in on us regularly. At the final walk through, we actually discovered a leak under the sink, and Jaya quickly jumped into action and contacted the seller’s agent. Long story short, there’s no more leak by our move in date! Thank you Jaya for all your help in finding and landing our dream home."
